Ingredients
500g yellow egg noodle
1l water
2 Maggi Beef cubes
Sliced chicken breast
A handful of fishballs
A handful of Chinese Cabbage
A handful of sliced carrots
A handful of bokchoy
1 tbsp diced garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tspn dark soy sauce
A few dashes of white pepper
Cornflour mix
Salt to taste
Fried Shallots
Method
1. Heat oil and saute the garlic till fragrant.
2. Add in the oyster & dark soy sauce and stir.
3. Add the sliced chicken breast and let it cook.
4. Pour water and let boil. Add in the beef cubes. Let boil.
5. Add in the carrot, sliced cabbage, fishballs and the white pepper & salt to taste.
6. 5 mins later, add in the cornflour mixture and stir quickly. Add in the bokchoy.
7. Turn off heat.
8. Blanch noodles. Pour the soup over the noodles and sprinkle fried shallots generously. Eat with chilli padi with nampla sauce.
